Standard turnaround is 48 hours from quote approval. Most small jobs (under 5 pages) are delivered within 24 hours, often the same business day. Express delivery is available in 12 hours for an additional £20 per order. Complex multi-page or accessibility projects may need a brief estimate before we confirm a deadline, but we will always tell you upfront.

Absolutely. All files are transferred over TLS-encrypted channels, stored AES-256 encrypted at rest, accessed only by your assigned editor plus a single accountable reviewer, and permanently deleted within 14 days of delivery. We sign project-specific NDAs before we touch the file at no extra charge. We never use AI models on your documents for any purpose, including training. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Yes — that is the entire point of the work. We match fonts, alignment, spacing, colour, and original layout conventions so edits blend seamlessly into your existing document. We never alter the meaning of legal or compliance content without your written approval, and we always send a preview before final delivery. Every change is reviewed for layout integrity by a second pair of eyes before it goes out.

Pricing depends on the service, the document length, and the complexity. PDF editing starts at £15 minimum for small fixes and goes up from there. OCR from £10 per page, document formatting from £50 per page, redaction from £15 per page, fillable forms from £15 per 10 fields. For a precise instant estimate, use the calculator on our homepage. We accept payment through PayPal, which supports all major credit and debit cards, PayPal balance, Pay Later, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You do not need a PayPal account to pay — you can check out as a guest. Payment is due on delivery; we send the secure payment link with the final files. For recurring or enterprise clients we can arrange invoicing on net-15 or net-30 terms.

Yes — project-specific NDAs are signed before we touch the file, at no extra charge. For regulated industries (legal, healthcare, financial, government) we have a standard mutual NDA we can execute in minutes. If you have your own NDA, send it over and we will review and sign it before work begins. Confidentiality is our default, not an upgrade.

For input: PDF (digital or scanned), Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), InDesign (.indd), Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, LaTeX, Photoshop (.psd, .psb), and image files (JPG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF). For output: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, PNG, and any other format your downstream workflow requires. We can also output to PDF/A and PDF/X for archival or print.

We do as many revisions as needed within the original scope of the work — most jobs are approved on the first or second pass. If we genuinely cannot deliver to your satisfaction, we offer a full refund. Our refund rate is under 1%, and the 0.6% on-time delivery miss in the last 12 months was almost always a client-side delay (additional revisions, missing source files) that we flagged upfront.

OCR converts an image of text into text — useful when you need searchable, indexable content but do not necessarily need an editable file. Scan to Editable takes a scanned PDF or photo and rebuilds it as a fully editable Word, Excel, or Google Docs file with the original layout preserved. Yes. Send the password in a separate channel (for example, the file via WhatsApp and the password via email) so we never have the full combination in a single place. We can edit the document with the password in place and return a file that retains the password, or we can remove the password on delivery if you prefer.

Yes. We tag PDFs to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, PDF/UA (ISO 14289), Section 508 (US federal), and EN 301 549 (EU public sector) requirements.
