What is ATS optimisation
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are software that large employers use to filter and rank CVs. 99% of Fortune 500 companies and most mid-sized employers use an ATS. The ATS reads your CV, extracts the text, and scores it against the job description.
Most CVs that get rejected never make it to a human. The ATS rejects them because:
- The formatting is unparseable (fancy tables, multi-column layouts, headers in images)
- The keywords from the job description are missing
- The section headings are non-standard (e.g. "My Journey" instead of "Work Experience")
- The file format is wrong (e.g. a PDF with scanned images instead of selectable text)
We fix all of that. The CV we deliver parses cleanly in every major ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, iCIMS) and includes the right keywords for your target role.
Our process
- Send your current CV + the target job description. The job description is essential — it tells us what keywords to include.
- Receive a fixed quote within 2 hours. Most CVs are 1-3 pages, so most quotes are within our standard range.
- Choose a template. We send you 2-3 template options for your industry. Pick the one that fits.
- Draft and review. Standard delivery: 48 hours. We do one round of revisions included in the quote.
- Final delivery — Word file + PDF file. The Word file is yours to keep editing.
What we don't do
We are a formatting service, not a writing or coaching service.
- We don't write your CV from scratch (we reformat what you have)
- We don't provide career coaching or job-search strategy (we can recommend partners)
- We don't write cover letters (we can recommend partners)
- We don't fabricate experience or qualifications (obviously)

Pricing
Resume formatting is priced per page.
- 1-2 page CV — £25-50 flat, depending on complexity
- 3-4 page academic CV — £50-75 flat
- 5+ page executive CV — quoted per project
- Cover letter — £15 (add-on, requires the CV job)
