- Send the PDF (or your spec). We accept flat PDFs, Word docs, sketches, or written descriptions.
- Receive a fixed quote within 2 hours. We assess the document and quote a single fixed price based on the number of fields.
- We build the form. Standard delivery: 48 hours. Express: 12 hours.
- You test and approve. We do as many revisions as needed within the quoted scope.
- Final delivery — the fillable PDF, plus a CSV/JSON export template if you need data extraction.
Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 / PDF/UA)
Accessibility matters, especially for government, healthcare, education, and financial services. We tag every fillable form we build to meet:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA — the current international accessibility standard
- PDF/UA (ISO 14289) — the universal accessibility standard for PDFs
- Section 508 (US federal) — required for any US government procurement
- EN 301 549 (EU) — required for any EU public sector body
Proper tagging means every field has a label, the reading order is logical, the form can be navigated with a keyboard alone, and screen readers can read every field and instruction.

Fillable forms are priced per 10 fields.
- Standard form — £15 per 10 fields. Typical for a consent form, application form, or short intake.
- Complex form — quoted per project. Typical for forms with conditional logic, calculations, or multi-page workflows.
- Form from scratch — £100-300 per form. We design the form layout, field types, and validation rules based on your requirements.
